Hi, I’m Kate, sports nutritionist & wellness coach... and soon to be, yoga teacher.
I'm the founder of Wellness Regeneration.

My journey to wellness did not start in a classroom, it began with the birth of my first born in 2010. My health journey took on new meaning, motivating me to pursue a more balanced, sustainable approach to wellness.
My approach to nutrition goes beyond meal plans and calorie counting. I believe true wellness is about nourishment — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Food should support your life, not control it.

Part of my passion for this work comes from a very personal experience earlier in my life, where I struggled with an eating disorder. That experience shaped the way I view food, health, and self-worth. Through recovery, I learned the importance of embracing nutrition. Looking and feeling healthy is not about restriction or ignoring our body cues, it's about learning and embracing what is good for us as an individual - and we are all different!​
My work is rooted in the belief that good health isn’t about perfection—it’s about creating sustainable balance. I combine nutrition strategies and healthy habits to help people feel energised, balanced and more in tune with their bodies.

My goal is to help you build a foundation of health that supports everything else you do—from work and fitness to relationships and rest. No trends, no extremes just real support to help you feel and perform at your best.

I am registered as a Nationally Recognised Nutritionist (NRN) with Nutrition Council Australia, adhering to a strict Scope of Practise.
